Zusammenfassung

Gexpro Services is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement and replenishment for assigned sites and customer accounts. The role focuses on improving in-stock levels, reviewing daily replenishment orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will monitor inventory metrics, manage open POs, and assist with supplier negotiations and NPI processes while supporting onboarding of new customers in a hybrid work environment.

• Experience in procurement/replenishment and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Procure and replenish stock for assigned sites and customer accounts.
• Review daily replenishment suggestions and place orders accordingly.
• Manage open purchase orders and vendor cost/quantity issues.
• Monitor inventory metrics (turns, days on hand) and improve fill rates.
• Maintain replenishment master data (lead times, forecasting, pack multipliers).
• Provide weekly inventory estimates and communicate performance vs. goals.
• Support onboarding of new customer accounts and supplier reviews.
• Assist with supplier returns and non-conformances, and collaborate on NPI processes.
