Gexpro Services is looking for a Buyer to manage purchasing processes and improve in-stock fill rates across sites and accounts. You will review replenishment orders, manage POs, and work with vendors to optimize cost and delivery performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain, plus familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Excel. A related bachelor's degree is preferred; hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; professional purchasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in industrial distribution.

Responsabilités

• Stock procurement/replenishment for sites and customer accounts.
• Daily review of items below minimum threshold and backorders.
• Meet defined inventory metrics (turns, days on hand).
• Manage procurement metrics (PO confirmations, lead-time).
• Ensure accuracy of replenishment data (lead-time, forecasting).
• Assist onboarding of new customer accounts and supplier base.
• Negotiate supplier returns and manage inbound material delivery schedules.
