Job summary

Gexpro Services seeks a Program Manager to lead customer service programs and end-to-end supply chain initiatives, including ILM, VMI, and consignment inventory. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving on-time delivery, and exceeding annual sales quotas worth at least $1M.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform strategic account management, forecast needs, and guide process improvements to optimize fulfillment and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of supply chain knowledge with relevant customer-facing experience.
• Ability to lead customer business review presentations on topics such as on-time delivery, trends, obsolescence, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proven skills in driving program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, targeted customer service approach to attain/exceed annual sales quota and margin for assigned accounts (~$1M in annual sales).
• Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding needs, objectives, and pain points in the supply chain.
• Manage ILM, VMI, and consignment inventory programs, assess risks, and improve fulfillment processes.
