Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: implement stocking models based on demand, lead times, and supplier capabilities.
• Procurement: create and manage purchase orders, coordinate inbound logistics, and track orders.
• Supplier Relationship Management: cultivate relationships, monitor delivery quality, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaboration: coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to align purchasing with production and cash flow.
