Job summary

LATICRETE International in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Buyer to procure quality goods, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain performance. The role collaborates with planning, operations, and finance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

You will execute MRP-driven purchasing, maintain master data, and resolve supplier issues while championing ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with relevant supply chain focus.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience with inventory control software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and stock levels to meet demand.
• Execute procurement actions and manage purchase orders.
• Foster supplier relationships and monitor performance (OTIF).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align production and spend.
• Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
