Job summary

Certified Power Inc. is seeking a diligent Buyer to manage purchasing, returns, vendor acknowledgments, expediting, and PO management. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries.

As part of the role, you will support inventory control, documentation, and regular reporting, while seeking process improvements to optimize procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory tooling.

Responsibilities

• Returns processing and coordination with vendors for authorizations and refunds.
• Repairs processing coordination with technicians and sales teams.
• Vendor acknowledgment tracking and price/terms verification.
• Vendor expediting to meet delivery commitments.
• Assist with direct ship purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain purchasing records and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with reports on purchasing activity and cost savings.
