Job summary

Black Diamond Advanced Technology (BDATech) is seeking a results‑driven Buyer to review purchase requisitions and coordinate with manufacturing, planning and engineering to secure inventory in a cost‑effective, timely manner. You will process requisitions, change orders and requests for quotes, ensuring data integrity in our procurement systems.

Key duties include building supplier relationships, sourcing for high‑mix components, issuing purchase orders with correct specifications and terms,

Qualifications

• 3+ years’experience in purchasing; Military and Aerospace Electronics experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and coordinate with manufacturing, planning and engineering
• Process purchase requisitions, change orders and RFQs
• Issue purchase orders and ensure required specifications, prices and terms
• Maintain shortages and due dates; report supply chain metrics
• Procure material to meet on-time requirements and avoid delays
• Participate in cross-functional teams and meetings
