Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead a customer account(s) and drive strategic and financial outcomes. You will oversee a workcell, manage a diverse team, and guide contracts and RFP processes with senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, deep financial and operational expertise, and the ability to influence strategic direction across functional groups. Regular travel and cross-site collaboration are expected as part of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Financial or Manufacturing Operations fields.
• 6–8 years work-related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Member of the plant strategic leadership team.
• Owns a customer/site P&L and drives organic revenue growth.
• Leads RFP processes and negotiates contract terms.
• Manages workcell performance and is accountable for operations and financials.
• Drives continuous improvement of customer relationship metrics and satisfaction.
