Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations, finance, supply chain, account management, or business leadership.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, pricing, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics, and contract management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business leader for an assigned customer account and workcell.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships while identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Own and manage the workcell's P&L, including pricing, profitability, and financial performance.
• Lead the RFP process, contract execution, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance teams to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Represent the customer within the organization and ensure commitments are delivered on time and to high quality.
