Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead a site’s financial and operational performance. You will own the P&L, manage RFP processes, and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree desirable; degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management essential
• Three to five years work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations fields
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage P&L and customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages site P&L and financial performance
• Leads RFP processes for assigned customer accounts
• Drives continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Manages quarterly business reviews with customers
• Ensures GMP and safety compliance across practices
