Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5+ years as business systems analyst or similar.
- Experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SDLC from ideation to deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, or Commercial systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze as-is and to-be processes to identify gaps and improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specs for dev teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and triage defects.
- Manage small-to-medium projects end to end.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive process optimization and automation.
- Support governance and ICT strategy alignment.
