Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent
• Experience gathering and validating requirements, ensuring completeness and feasibility
• Familiarity with UAT planning and documentation of business requirements

Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business/technology requirements to establish scope and parameters of requirements and define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
• Translates user requirements into functional requirements for developers/project team
• Creates models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide development
• Interprets requirements into feasible options and communicates to stakeholders
• Manages and tracks requirements throughout the project lifecycle and updates as needed
• Communicates changes of business requirements to managers, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Plans user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitors IT services as per SLAs
• Evaluates existing processes and develops optimization strategies
• Maintains system protocols and user documentation; provides help desk support
• Prepares technical reports and performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with policies and standards
