Job summary

Chiesi USA, an affiliate of the international biopharmaceutical group, seeks a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role based in Cary, NC. You will bridge business teams and ICT, elicit requirements, translate them into functional specs, and oversee delivery across the system development lifecycle to drive measurable value.

You will partner with stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and support continuous optimization of global and local applications in a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, business analyst, or in a comparable role supporting enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and producing functional specifications that development teams can build from.
• Experience supporting application enhancement and projects across a full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and business context to technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, or Commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: analyze current and future processes, identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and align business and tech teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defects to meet acceptance criteria.
• Manage scope and ensure on-time delivery of small-to-medium projects.
