University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking an Emburse and Jaggaer Business Systems Analyst to provide functional and operational support for the university's Jaggaer and Emburse financial systems. The role works with ITS and campus stakeholders to optimize purchasing, travel, and disbursement workflows.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience with enterprise financial applications; preferred experience with Banner, Jaeger, and Emburse/Chrome

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience supporting enterprise business applications or financial systems.
• Experience with Banner, Jaeger, Emburse/Chrome River.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, travel, accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes (preferably in higher education).
• Knowledge of system integration concepts and data flow between enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring workflows, user roles, and system security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and operational support for uShop (Jaggaer) and Emburse (Chrome River) systems and related financial applications.
• Assist with user support, system administration, maintenance, testing, training, reporting, and business process improvements.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders and ITS to support system integrations, resolve issues, and ensure reliable operations for purchasing, travel, disbursements and other financial functions.
