Job summary

The University of Southern California is seeking an IT Business Analyst - Business Applications within USC Finance's Business Services to administer and support enterprise SaaS applications such as JAGGAER, Concur, and AppZen in the procure-to-pay domain.

The role reports to the Senior IT Business Analyst and offers remote work with occasional on-site needs, focusing on configuration, monitoring, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration across USC and vendors.

Qualifications

One year of hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) and/or travel and expense processes.
Ability to troubleshoot enterprise applications and integrations.
Experience coordinating issue resolution with stakeholders and vendors.
Experience supporting application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and changes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Administers, monitors, and supports enterprise SaaS and cloud-based business applications including JAGGAER, Concur, and AppZen.
Monitors application health, investigates failures, ensures integrations communicate effectively.
Troubleshoots issues and coordinates resolutions with stakeholders and vendors.
Prioritizes and responds to requests via ServiceNow and other channels.
Configures applications and coordinates upgrades, testing, and SaaS administration.
Gathers requirements and translates them into solutions; documents results and defects.
Develops test scripts and conducts UAT; trains campus users.
