Job summary

Johns Hopkins University seeks a Business Analyst for Student Accounts. You will support a shared service team within SEAM, focusing on student billing systems, tuition calculation, and system integrations.

This role provides functional and technical support for configuration, production processes, data integrity, and implementation of new functionality. The position serves as a liaison between Student Accounts and UIS, translating needs into system requirements, coordinating UAT, managing JIRA

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for business stakeholders and act as liaison with UIS
• Understand business problems and recommend creative solutions
• Elicit, define, and document business process needs for new or enhanced products/services
• Work with domain experts on low to medium complexity work for clarity of problems
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure requirements are understood and met
• Manage business and functional requirements for new solutions
• Develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Identify system/process/data impacts and propose remediation
