Job summary

University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking an Emburse and Jaggaer Business Systems Analyst to provide functional and operational support for the uShop (Jaggaer) and Emburse (Chrome River) systems and related financial applications on the main campus in Wilmington, NC.

The role involves user support, system administration, maintenance, testing, training, reporting, and business process improvements, with collaboration across campus stakeholders and ITS to ensure reliable procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience supporting enterprise business applications or financial systems.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

Provide functional and operational support for uShop (Jaggaer) and Emburse (Chrome River) and related financial systems.
Assist with user support, system administration, maintenance, testing, training, reporting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders and ITS to support integrations and resolve issues to ensure efficient purchasing, travel, disbursement, and other financial functions.
