Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting for an information-architecture professional in the United States (Arizona) to gather and interpret data, design and govern business architecture, and oversee integration and system readiness testing. The role emphasizes dashboard development, quality control, and end-user support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data analysis and supply chain processes, SAP experience, and a BA or equivalent work background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Processes.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. export control regulations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience in a self-directed role
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a cross functional environment
• Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and environments
• Experience supporting emergent demand requiring off-shift response/support
• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s COI assessment process

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and integrate business information requirements and coordinate change activities
• Develop and implement business architecture based on information requirements
• Monitor and perform quality control actions relating to business information
• Develop, govern, and enhance information dashboards and reports
• Develop and execute system readiness testing
• Administer and monitor systems post-implementation
• Perform project management tasks related to business information integration activities
• Manage system changes and integration efforts
• Provide end-user support, including immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, and process design and delivery
• Lead determination of business information requirements and coordinate enterprise-level change activities
• Lead development and implementation of business architecture
• Develop data linkages, update and monitor data and related policies, and perform quality control
• Standardize business processes using industry best practices
• Lead portfolio and program management activities
• Lead enterprise-level system changes and integration efforts
