JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II in its Business Banking division in New York. You will manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenues between $1M and $5M, delivering tailored banking solutions and financial advice to support growth and stability.

The role emphasizes building relationships, risk awareness, and cross-branch collaboration to meet client needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million, and manage credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to deepen relationships and review strategies with management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client needs.
• Support assigned branches and follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
