Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and banking products and services with understanding of industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners at all levels.
• Balance client needs with risk and firm interests; know when to elevate.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $1.5M.
• Deliver tailored commercial banking solutions to meet client financial needs and circumstances.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to advise on profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with clients, COIs, and prospects at their businesses; maintain relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches with risk management and regulatory compliance.
