Job summary

You will coordinate ad‑hoc requests, create strategic reports and dashboards, and partner with executives across lines of business to drive prioritised actions. The role emphasizes design quality, stakeholder collaboration, and independent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• 4 years of experience in Business Management or COO role.
• Proven ability to deliver timely, high‑quality presentations and reporting with attention to design.
• Demonstrated ability to work with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to articulate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
• MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables (intermediate to advanced).
• Self‑motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, high‑quality responses to executive requests for PM, presentations, and analyses.
• Organize complex data into strategic, compelling slides and dashboards.
• Communicate with key partners to define projects and drive next steps.
• Manage and deliver major work streams and tasks.
• Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self‑Assessment framework.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to simplify and improve processes.
