Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vendor databases and contracts, including approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting.
• Lead monthly vendor governance meetings with technology, product, finance, and controllers, providing analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting, and coordinate materials for business reviews and scorecards.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management, especially during planning cycles.
• Collaborate across teams to support weekly and monthly processes, including forecasting, accruals, and other initiatives.
• Present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepancies.
• Foster a culture of partnership and operational excellence.
