• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting.
• Attention to detail with focus on design excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level responsiveness to executive requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify and improve processes.
• Organize complex information strategically with strong design acumen in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Create wireframes and dashboards for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data-driven trend analysis with storytelling and clear visuals.
• Communicate key metrics and their business impact for decision-making.
• Identify risks and drive resolution of mitigating actions.
