Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Credit Risk Business Manager - Associate within Risk Management to support the Commercial & Investment Bank leadership.

You will help optimize headcount, expenses, and location strategy while preparing strategic materials and driving data-driven decisions across the portfolio. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, business acumen, and a minimum of four years in business management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to tell the story on initiatives.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop partnerships across levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with logical thought process.

Responsibilities

• Lead business management day-to-day activities, including tracking headcount, expenses, and supporting location strategy.
• Organize complex information with strong design acumen and Excel/PowerPoint techniques.
• Leverage BI tools to generate process efficiencies and enhance controls.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, recognition, and strategy sessions.
• Partner with Planning & Analysis to track forecast vs. plan and explain variances across the portfolio.
• Investigate expense allocations and handle ad-hoc queries from stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations and communications for internal meetings and forums.
• Support departmental initiatives and ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to two Associates in the team.
