Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting business integration, project management, corporate development, management consulting, transformation, M&A, or business operations initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, operational processes, or shared services environments.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or business process transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, governance processes, and risk management practices.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependency trackers, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate activities across Global Business Services (GBS), Finance, Technology, and other functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and elevate key risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies when appropriate.
• Assess current-state and target-state business processes to identify operational gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process harmonization, standardization, and operating model transitions.
• Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to drive alignment across integration workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions while documenting key decisions and action items.
• Maintain integration risk and issue logs and support development of mitigation and contingency plans.
• Assess system integration requirements and coordinate data migration, process transitions, and system cutover activities.
• Partner with systems teams to support ERP, financial systems, reporting, master data, and operational integrations.
• Support testing, operational readiness activities, and post-integration stabilization efforts.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Track integration milestones, performance metrics, and project deliverables.
• Support change management initiatives, stakeholder communications, training activities, and business continuity efforts throughout transitions.
