Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Business Program Manager for the Integration Management Office. You will drive cross-functional integration, manage strategy execution, and deliver outcomes aligned with a deal model.

You will partner with the Business Integration Leader, facilitate governance, and design KPIs/dashboards to track progress. This is an office role with in-person collaboration required at least 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years with Master's in Project Development, Business Strategy, or Project Management.
• PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration management office activities across workstreams.
• Partner with Business Integration Leader to execute strategy and deal commitments.
• Design and manage KPIs, dashboards, and leadership communication plans.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and governance for integration initiatives.
• Support culture and engagement during integration.
