Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end integration efforts across Global Business Services, Finance, Technology, and other functions.

You will coordinate, plan, and execute complex cross-functional initiatives to enable seamless transitions and operational readiness. The role requires strong PM capabilities, excellent communication, and experience with ERP systems and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience supporting project management, corporate development, management consulting, transformation, M&A, or business operations initiatives.
• Strong project management, including turning task lists into requirements and holding teams accountable.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and risk management practices.
• Ability to juggle changing priorities while coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information concisely.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, operational processes, or shared services.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday).
• Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or business process transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependency trackers, and schedules.
• Coordinate activities across GBS, Finance, Technology, and other teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and deliverables; elevate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Assess current and target-state processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Support process harmonization, operating model transitions, testing, readiness, and stabilization.
• Partner with leaders to drive alignment across workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and governance meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Maintain risk/issue logs; support mitigation and contingency plans.
• Assess system integration requirements and coordinate data migration and cutovers.
• Partner with systems teams on ERP and financial systems integrations.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and governance materials for leadership.
• Support change management, stakeholder communications, training, and continuity.
