Job summary

PRI Global's Business Integration team seeks a Manager, Business Integration to plan, coordinate, and execute integration activities across multiple functions, enabling seamless transitions and operational readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impacts, manage risks, and support target-state processes, systems, and structures, serving as the critical link between operations and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting business integration, project management, corporate development, management consulting, transformation, M&A, or business operations initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, operational processes, or shared services environments.
• Familiarity with ERP and enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or business process transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, governance processes, and risk management practices.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related professional certifications are a plus.

The Business Integration team is responsible for supporting the successful execution of strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and business transformation initiatives.

As a Manager, Business Integration, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities across multiple functional areas to enable seamless business transitions and operational readiness.

This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify integration requirements, assess operational impacts, manage risks and dependencies, and support the implementation of target-state processes, systems, and organizational structures. The role serves as a critical link between operational teams and project teams to ensure integration activities are executed efficiently and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
