Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex strategic programs, M&A integrations, enterprise PMOs, or transformations.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience in fintech, software, payments, SaaS, consulting, or transformation leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition integrations from signing through stabilization.
• Drive cross-functional execution across business and corporate functions.
• Establish and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) with governance, milestones, and reporting.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks and best practices, capturing lessons learned.
