Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end integration initiatives across Global Business Services, Finance, and Technology. You will plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional programs to enable seamless transitions and operational readiness.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to assess requirements, manage risks, drive standardization, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and governance materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications may be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Coordinate activities across Global Business Services, Finance, Technology, and other teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and escalate risks and issues.
• Assess current-state and target-state processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Support process harmonization and operating model transitions during integrations.
• Partner with leaders to drive alignment across workstreams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and document key decisions.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and governance materials for leadership.
