Marsh Agency in Dalton, GA is seeking a Senior Business Insurance Marketing Lead to guide marketing strategies for client coverages and carrier negotiations. You will collaborate with producers and account teams to drive renewals, proposals, and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires multiple years in insurance marketing, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel. A bachelor’s degree and appropriate licenses are required, with a hybrid work model and local office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Knowledge of markets and coverage issues across states.

Responsabilités

• Serve as consultative point of contact for client coverages and marketing.
• Assist the producer in sales efforts and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships.
• Lead renewal process and market submissions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations as requested.
• Travel to prospects/clients as required.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive LOB strategy.
• Mentor and train account team members.
