Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jersey City is seeking a dedicated sales professional to cultivate relationships and generate referrals for restoration services. The role involves initiating communication with decision-makers to secure commitments and maintain customer loyalty through active engagement.

Key responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, maintaining sales records, and conducting effective sales calls. Successful candidates will have an associate degree in business or a related field, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree, and experience in relationship selling to high-level executives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience with relationship selling to high-level executives.
• Strong math skills and proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Create and maintain sales route records.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings.
• Gain commitment from customers for referrals.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain contact with existing customers.
• Maintain customer contact database.
• Make group presentations to prospective organizations.
• Participate in networking activities and events.
