Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an Office Assistant - Revenue, Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to convert incoming leads into booked appointments while supporting marketing and business development initiatives that drive growth.

You will be the first contact for customers, manage lead follow-up, support referral partners, coordinate local marketing activities, and help maximize revenue opportunities across cleaning and restoration services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, admin support, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, website inquiries, and customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Convert inbound leads into inspections, estimates, and service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across cleaning and restoration services.
