Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development or direct staffing sales experience.
• Track record of above-target sales performance.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent rapport-building skills in person and digital environments.
• Experience managing multiple sales processes through to closure.
• Desire to succeed and consistently hit targets.
• Strong IT skills and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through research, cold calling and relationship building.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in Light Industrial, Retail and Facilities Management.
• Promote and convert the sales pipeline.
• Deliver well-researched and tailored presentations to client management.
• Share industry best practices to maximize value of Indeed Flex solutions.
• Understand the Indeed Flex proposition at a SME level.
