Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college/university with a degree in economics, business, or related field.
• Experience in interpreting laws, rules, and regulations and/or securing compliance or evaluating statistical data.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new businesses to Iowa.
• Support expansion and retention of existing companies and position Iowa for investment.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for financial and insurance services; build relationships with industry leaders and partners.
