Job summary

PDC Pharmacy is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead revenue generation at our Harmarville office. You will manage campaigns, lead generation, lead qualification, and trade show representation, while supervising any direct reports and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Applicants should have at least five years in business development or sales, strong communication skills, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in business development and/or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales or related field, preferred.
• Master’s degree, preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, required.
• Working knowledge of sales process and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by developing and securing direct sale opportunities.
• Manage the business development pipeline and track key metrics.
• Solicit customers for sales opportunities to penetrate accounts.
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and trade show plans.
• Support leadership in securing strategic accounts or new territory sales.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective accounts.
• Coordinate pre/post-show activities and CRM data entry.
• Travel to client sites and trade shows as needed.
• Oversee internal sales and marketing reporting.
