Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with human services industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of sales process and procedures required.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; capable of manipulating spreadsheets.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with market research tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to articulate value propositions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by developing and securing direct sale opportunities, focusing on new sales.
• Solicit existing customer base for additional sales opportunities.
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including trade shows and new services.
• Support Administrator of Operations in securing strategic accounts or new territory development.
• Maintain regular, professional contact with prospective accounts.
