Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development or communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with firmwide projects and cross-team collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide marketing and business development initiatives from kickoff to launch.
• Roll out and drive use of Foundation, Qorus Docs and AI tools; assist testing and training.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies in team workflows, including intake, templates and reporting.
• Pull and analyze data for firmwide reporting and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate firmwide and cross-practice events, webinars and receptions.
• Maintain marketing collateral, bios, practice descriptions and website content for consistency.
