Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Chicago to support Transportation and Real Estate groups. You will collaborate with attorneys across practices on pitches, events, and industry communications in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

The role requires 3-5 years in marketing/BD/communications, strong PM abilities, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Salary is $34-$41/hour with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development or communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real estate and transportation deal lists and related materials for pitches and bios.
• Coordinate submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, Law360 and rankings; manage deadlines.
• Plan and run conferences, sponsorships, webinars, client dinners and industry events.
