Job summary

Graham Partners in the United States seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support the BD team with administrative and logistical tasks, deal source coordination, events, and CRM data entry.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in professional services, an undergraduate degree, strong Excel skills, CRM experience (DealCloud or Salesforce a plus), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with four-year institution.
• 2–4 years of professional services experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (DealCloud or Salesforce is a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the BD team.
• Coordinate and schedule BD events, meetings and calls.
• Process expense reimbursements for the BD team.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and support pipeline tracking.
