Qualifications

• BS or MS in a technical science/engineering field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in BD/alliance/portfolio management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated presentation skills for internal and external audiences
• Ability to build and sustain internal and external relationships
• Analytical and organized with entrepreneurial qualities

Responsibilities

• Assist with project support and stage-gate activities in corporate development tied to licensing and partnerships.
• Assist with alliance management activities for collaborative relationships.
• Support keeping alliance and project activities on track from initial reviews through feasibility evaluation.
• Collaborate with NAMBD Planning Team on execution of Client strategic activities.
• Manage organizational activities for potential collaboration communication and outreach.
• Support portfolio management activities including scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Contribute to building tools and processes to maximize team effectiveness.
• Participate in organization, planning, and tracking of partnerships through all stages.
• Stay updated with technology and marketing trends.
• Support development of strategic business models that create value.
• Assist with client meeting management (agendas, minutes, action tracking).
