Job summary

Truity Credit Union is seeking a Business Continuity & Vendor Management Specialist to coordinate the Business Continuity Plan with internal teams and external vendors. The role supports the Vendor Management program and ensures readiness across locations.

Responsibilities include updating BCP, collaborating with IT and department heads, and conducting annual tests and training to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures
• Familiarity with credit union processes and policies across departments
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Business Continuity Program updates.
• Assist with input requirements of BCP phases.
• Ensure consistency between departments and realistic recovery goals.
• Collaborate with BCP vendor on annual testing.
• Submit annual goals for BCP enhancements.
• Develop recovery options with IT and department managers.
• Meet with crisis management and recovery teams for readiness.
• Test emergency communication methods annually.
• Document incidents and gather input for improvement.
• Coordinate Vendor Management program activities and renewals.
