Job summary

Truity Credit Union is seeking a proactive Business Continuity and Vendor Management Coordinator to align BCP updates with internal teams and outside providers. You will help shape recovery plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering across branches and IT to keep operations resilient.

You will coordinate annual testing, document incidents, and support education initiatives to keep our policies current and effective in a dynamic financial environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or 64 credits equivalent.
• Successfully complete all applicable compliance training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Business Continuity Program updates with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with input requirements of BCP phases.
• Plan and coordinate annual BCP testing with the vendor.
• Develop recovery options for each location/department.
• Meet with Crisis Management Teams to ensure readiness.
• Document incidents and improve response.
• Support Vendor Management and contract renewal monitoring.
• Attend conferences and trainings on BCP and vendor management.
