Job summary

One Source Business Solutions LLC in Lancaster, PA seeks a focused Business Broker to facilitate the sale and purchase of businesses, build relationships with owners, buyers, and lenders, and support valuations and closing processes.

You will collaborate across teams to generate new opportunities, manage transactions end-to-end, and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and business valuation concepts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, buyers, sellers, and professionals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business brokerage, acquisition, and referral opportunities through market research and networking
• Build relationships with business owners, investors, lenders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners
• Generate new business and support revenue growth
• Evaluate businesses by analyzing financial, operational, and market data
• Assist with valuations, pricing strategies, and sale preparation
• Support due diligence, identify risks and value drivers, and maintain transaction records
• Manage business sale and acquisition transactions from initial engagement through closing
• Negotiate deals and coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, and professional advisors
• Guide clients through diligence, closing, and transition planning
• Prepare marketing materials, business profiles, and buyer presentations while maintaining confidentiality
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and referral partners
• Communicate transaction timelines, expectations, and requirements clearly and professionally
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
