Qualifications

• Proven experience in business brokerage, sales, or related field.
• California real estate license or equivalent preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
