National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Business Banking Specialist (Banking Representative) for the Biltmore/Phoenix area. The role focuses on growing existing business relationships, originating small business loans, deposits, and treasury solutions, while leveraging Salesforce to assess client needs.

The ideal candidate has banking experience, strong sales and relationship skills, and knowledge of business banking products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of banking and/or business development experience.
• Strong sales, relationship management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of business banking services including loans, deposits, TM, Merchant Services and credit cards.
• Ability to call, meet and interview business customers and prospects to provide needs-based recommendations and solutions.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacting, managing and growing existing, non-portfolio business relationships at one or more branches.
• Originating small business loans, deposits, Treasury Management/Select and Merchant solutions.
• Developing, generating and following up with prospective business leads within the market.
• Understanding business client needs through Needs Assessments and Salesforce follow-up.
• Provide full-service banking services within the branch with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Duties may include new consumer accounts and consumer loans.
• Refer clients to other bank departments for products and services.
