Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience; minimum of 3 years managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred.
Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required.
Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients via referrals, existing clients, financial centers and centers of influence.
Develop tailored relationship strategies with product partners for each client.
Attend events to broaden networks and deepen knowledge of trends and competition.
Retain and grow long-term profitable client relationships.
Cross-sell applicable Fifth Third products to business customers and leaders.
Coordinate client-facing activities including credit support and products.
