Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Dallas seeks a dynamic Business Banking Relationship Manager III to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will lead efforts to consult business owners, coordinate with product partners, and use CRM to manage pipeline.

The role requires senior-level relationship skills and a strong credit background. Minimum 5 years selling experience in business banking and credit risk expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 5 years managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred.
• Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required; underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and apply accounting principles.
• Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products; treasury management and alternative lending knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualified client prospects in defined segment using referrals, existing clients, and centers of influence.
• Work with product partners to tailor relationship strategies for each client or prospect.
• Participate in industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and stay ahead of trends.
• Cross-sell Fifth Third products to existing business customers and owners/senior management.
• Coordinate relationship strategy, reviews, and credit support with product partners.
• Utilize CRM for activity tracking, call reports and pipeline management.
• Travel regionally and/or locally as required.
