Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager I in Dallas to drive profitable client development and manage a portfolio of mid-market businesses. You will assess credit needs, build One Bank solutions, and partner with treasury, capital markets and wealth teams to optimize client outcomes.

You will meet with clients regularly to strengthen trusted-advisor relationships, analyze financial statements, and coordinate with credit and product teams to deliver tailored banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years Commercial Banking experience; sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Proven ability to grow new and existing client business and drive revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen including financial statement analysis and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for clients using referrals, existing clients and centers of influence.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire high-value clients.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and knowledge of trends and competition.
• Analyze financial information to determine credit requests and potential solutions.
• Coordinate withCredit and adhere to Portfolio Management guidelines to meet credit standards.
