Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience; 3 years in business banking/commercial relationships preferred.
• Formal credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required.
• Proven ability to develop new and existing client business with strong client experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial & Treasury Management services and financing options.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to review financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients using referrals, centers and networks.
• Collaborate with product partners to tailor relationship strategies for clients.
• Attend industry events to expand networks and stay informed on trends.
• Cross-sell Fifth Third products to an existing portfolio of business customers.
• Lead relationship strategy and review meetings with product partners.
• Coordinate client-facing activities including credit support and CRM updates.
• Work with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on credit requests, ensuring policy adherence.
